Sebastian’s Bistro- A Great New Table Service Restaurant

One of the many things I love about Walt Disney World and the other Disney parks around the world is that they are always trying new things, opening new experiences and enticing me (and hopefully you) with amazing changes. A new restaurant that I am extremely excited about is Sebastian’s Bistro at Caribbean Beach Resort. The resort was recently under construction as the food court and check in building were reimagined. There is still a bit of construction at one of the resort as the Skyliner in being completed (expected to be up and running by Spring 2019).

Sebastian’s Bistro looks like such fun! The Little Mermaid is one of my all time favorite Disney movies, so I may be a little biased, but the theme of the restaurant look really well done, and very inviting. Plus, water views!

Sebastian's Bistro

The food looks (see delicious picture above) and sounds amazing. Sebastian’s Bistro will require one table service meal credit if you’re using the Disney Dining Plan, Disney Dining Plan Plus, or Deluxe Disney Dining Plan (read more about dining plans here). Lunch and dinner will be served daily with entree offerings ranging from $14-$28 for lunch and $17-$34 for dinner. The menu does offer Vegan and Vegetarian options as well as alcohol for adults and great options for children too.

Some of the things I’m most excited to try: Caribbean Pull Apart Rolls ($12 appetizer), Slow-Cooked Pork Shoulder ($25 dinner entree) and Message in a Bottle ($8 dessert, Coconut-Rice Panna Cotta, Pineapple, and Mango-Lime Sorbet).

Our trip in February may be jam packed full of food. There are just so many restaurants we need to try!

What do you think? Will Sebastian’s Bistro make the list on your next trip to Walt Disney World?
