Going to Disney can be so overwhelming! Justine was instrumental in helping my family plan our trip. There were six of us across three generations trying to figure out how to make our trip as special as possible for our twins’ fifth birthday. Justine helped us book our hotel rooms, make our park choices, and was endlessly patient with our constant questions. She even sent my kids Dalmatian Day gifts! Next time we go to Disney, we’re definitely using Farfaraway Travel!

As a seasoned Disney-goer I’ve always prided myself on knowing the ins and outs of all things Disney. However, after a six year hiatus due in part to the Covid-19 pandemic, I knew a lot had changed and I wanted someone who was more up-to-date with all things Disney. Justine was a fantastic help with getting our hotel booked, dining reservations completed, and advising us on the best transportation to and from the airport. She was also an excellent resource on the use of Disney’s Genie+. No question was too big or small, and she happily answered every inquiry. I have already recommended her services to family members and close friends, and will continue to do so.

When my wife and I thought about planning a Disney Christmas family vacation, Justine was recommended by a Scout camp friend. She jumped right in and helped us through a few iterations of plans, where we settled on Coronado Springs resort. This was our first time at a Disney resort, and did it ever deliver an experience! She kept us up to date with timing for reservations and all the extras, since we were definitely on board for some Savi’s Workshop lightsabers! Luck was on our side because Justine was able to get us dinner reservations at Cinderella’s Royal Table for Christmas Eve. A few other reservations were made as time went on. Throughout the months, she kept in contact and was attentive to all our concerns and questions. Our actual trip was fantastic, and pretty much will be our pedestal for future vacations. Justine also sent a nice little surprise Christmas cookie arrangement to the resort, which totally made us feel like we still had our Christmas cookie tradition going strong! Even though we went during the holidays, Justine made sure to check in and see how we were and if we needed anything. She took a lot of the stress off of us, as we knew she had our back if we needed the assistance and experience. I will recommend her to anyone that mentions a Disney vacation, and hope to cross paths with her again when we decide to eventually return to Disney!

We had never gone to Disney before & I had loads of questions about dining, resorts, and especially fast passes! I wanted to use a travel agent but didn’t want to spend the money for that service. Then I heard about Justine’s travel business. Justine was right there at each step to help me decide. Once we got our hotel settled (All Star Movies Feb 2020) she got right to work on helping me pick the best character meals for my family. She explained each step of the fast passes and even woke up early on the dining reservation and the fast pass booking days so that I didn’t have to! She got everything we wanted, including a prime time spot at Cinderella’s Royal Table. We used her amazing services again for our trip in March 2021 and plan to do it again as soon as I can get the “go ahead” from my better half to plan 2022.

Our family is not new to Disneyland but wanted to make our girls’ joint 4th and 10th birthdays a little more special. I worked with Justine to determine the best hotel for our family (Paradise Pier) and get our two-day tickets booked as well. With just 1.5 weeks to go before our vacation date, my husband received a positive Covid test. In the midst of quarantining and calling schools and work, I messaged Justine about our trip. She rebooked our complete trip for later that month with no additional cost and no extra stress for me. I am so incredibly thankful that we booked with Fafaraway Travel. Justine was so incredibly informative and helpful when booking our Winter Break Disney Vacation! Even for our high-season trip, Justine was able to nab a great room for us at the resort I selected, and took care of all of our fastpass and dining reservations at both the parks and resort. She even sent our three little ones (7, 5, 1) Disney themed gifts in advance of our arrival! We received them right before Christmas which made it all the more magical. The rides and performances Justine selected for FastPass were all age appropriate, and the dining selections were great too- well balanced between high-end meals for mom and dad, and character dining and buffet style for the kids. Even after our arrival at Disney, Justine was quick to respond with any help I needed and followed up to make sure we were checked in and had all our needs taken care of. We had such a great time and will definitely continue working with Justine on our future trips. Justine- thanks so much for everything!

Our family is not new to Disney, but we’ve never stayed on property before. We decided with less than two weeks notice to book a spur of the moment trip and take in the whole experience this time. I contacted Justine to help with questions about being on property and she was quick to answer me and provide me with what I needed. I love spreading the love to a small business owner and working with her costs you nothing more than planning your own trip, but you get the convenience of letting her do as little or as much planning as you’d like. Her park guides are a wonderful resource and helped me decide on dining and experiences I wasn’t aware of. I highly recommend using her even if you like to be in control of your own plan simply as someone to be a back up for questions! OR let her help you with it all if you are totally new. You won’t regret it.

Working with Justine made planning our Disney vacation a dream. So much had changed since we last traveled to Disney 11 years ago. It can be very overwhelming now that you can make your dinner reservations and fast passes months in advance. How in the world do we know what we want to do on certain days. But Justine was able to lay it out and give suggestions that was a great starting point for us to build around. She was always available for any crazy question I had. It was a breeze planning our trip with her and it made the stress of planning turn into so much fun!!

Disney had always been a place we wanted to visit, as my husband had never been, so when my sister’s high school marching band got selected to march in her high school marching band in Magic Kingdom we were excited for the opportunity to stay there. When we started looking into where we would stay we initially chose a Disney Resort through Vacations by Justine for the pure convenience of being close to our family. We looked at several options for Resorts and ultimately settled on the Caribbean Beach Resort. What a fantastic choice that ended up being. Our Magic Bands were active as soon as we checked in and I never ended up taking my purse outside of my hotel room as our credit card was connected to our bands. The biggest perk of staying in a Disney Resort in my husband and I’s view was transportation. Usually when we travel as a couple we are used to expensive car rentals, and the need to be constantly alert to where our next destination is. Staying in a Disney Resort was the total opposite. We never touched a set of car keys. We were treated to complimentary transportation to all parks as well as Disney Springs. We also easily connected to free transportation to visit different resorts on the Disney property. We ended up having a trip of a lifetime. I was able to reminisce childhood trips, as well as create new memories with my husband. There is something good for the soul about bringing your inner 10 year old out. I can not imagine experiencing Disney any other way than at a Disney Resort. Is it time to plan our next trip yet? We’ll definitely be using Justine again!
